How do I order a transcript without registering?
To request a quote, simply upload your files via the quick drop page.
We will then email you a quote with various available deadlines and instructions on how to book.
Registration is optional but allows access to features such as transcript downloads and file management. Non-registered users generally receive transcripts via email.
How much is the service?
Prices start from £1.00 per minute for a 1 week deadline up to £1.60 for the next day service. Also available are various +25p options such as strict verbatim, timecodes and focus group speaker tracking. Poor quality audio may attract further charges.
Can I pay online via card?
Yes all quotes and invoices can be paid by card online. We also welcome bank transfer for payments of any size.
Can you send me an invoice?
We welcome invoice accounts from eligible companies, universities and organisations. Private customers are invited to pay via card unless otherwise agreed.

Are discounts available for bulk orders?
We are able to offer discounts for orders of over 20 audio hours. Please contact us to discuss your project.
Can I purchase advance credit?
Yes we offer pre paid credit accounts. Please request an invoice.
Can you sign an NDA agreement?
Yes. We have a range of existing templates available. Client-supplied NDAs are welcome, subject to approval. Please see our 'Terms & Conditions' page for more info.
How much does the service cost?
Prices start at £1 per audio minute. Rates vary subject to audio quality and your required deadline. All audio files are assessed individually and surcharges applied depending on audio quality, so we are unable to offer firm prices prior to examining the audio.
How are transcripts delivered?
By default, transcripts are emailed to the uploader's email address via email attachment in Word .docx format. Transcripts are fully editable.
If you would prefer to disable email delivery and download transcripts from your password protected client area, please register an account.
Which audio formats are allowed?
Most common digital audio formats are accepted, including AAC, ACT, AIFC (Compressed AIFF), AIFF, AMR, APE, AU, CAF (Apple Core Audio Format), DCT (Express Dictate, MSRS, etc.), DSP TrueSpeech, DSS , DVF (Sony recorder), DVS (Royal recorder), FLAC, OGG, M4A, MP2, MP3, MPC, MSV (Sony recorder), QCP, RA / RM (RealAudio), SHN, SPX, VOC, VOX, WAV (Including ADPCM, aLaw, GSM 6.10, PCM, and uLaw codecs) and WMA.
We do not currently offer direct URL transcription of You Tube videos or other streaming services.
