If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible, as refunds are not always possible where work has already begun on the transcript. A partial refund may be offered, subject to how much of the work is completed.
Where audio is good quality and clear, we may offer a partial discount for transcripts that achieve lower than 98% accuracy.

Generally, we do not offer discounts for bulk work, as our overheads do not vary with volume and we are often booked to capacity. However, if you are flexible with deadlines, we may be able to offer a discount where no firm delivery date is required.
Yes. Advance credit never expires. Please send us an email to request an invoice, then simply quote your invoice number when ordering and we will adjust your balance automatically. Unused credit paid by bank transfer can be refunded at any time without penalty. Advance credit purchased by card is subject to a 4% admin fee.
Yes. We have a range of existing templates available. Client-supplied NDAs are welcome, subject to approval. Please see our 'Terms & Conditions' page for more info.

Payment is accepted by bank transfer or online card payment via Stripe. We sadly no longer accept cheques unless specifically agreed in advance. Invoices are issued upon completion of the work, and are payable within 30 days.
As standard, each and every transcript is spot checked by a dedicated, full-time proofreader, whose sole responsibility is to ensure all transcripts are of a consistent quality. Ambiguous passages are flagged and examined by at least two people. Additional QA measures are available as required. Any required revisions are completed at no extra cost.
This site is 256-bit SSL secured, and all file transfers are encrypted. We are registered with the Data Protection Act, Z2424167. Only key staff have copy access to client data, and all staff are subject to a legally binding NDA, with particularly sensitive material being restricted to senior staff only.
By default, transcripts are emailed to your registered billing address via unencrypted email attachment in Word .docx format. Transcripts are fully editable. If you would prefer to download transcripts from your password protected client area, please state this preference prior to placing your order.
No. We are not a specialist legal transcription service. Our transcripts are not certified for legal or court use and we are not authorised by the Ministry of Justice to transcribe High Court and County Court hearings in England and Wales.
Yes. If you have specific requirements for document formatting, please advise or send us an example template in .docx format and we will keep your document on file for use with all future orders.
Our standard practice is to transcribe at clean verbatim detail level, where some stutters and filler words are intelligently edited, depending on the context of the discussion.
