We aim to email confirmation of turnaround time and the cost of the transcription within 2 hours.
Should you choose to proceed, we will send you an invoice via email and a link to checkout.
Please use a single email address for all activity, as this allows us to match up files with the correct clients.
Checkout
If you know exactly how long your audio is, you can buy credit for a single transcript via the checkout. The standard rate is £0.90p per audio minute + £2 fee.
PAYG Credit
Transcription credit allows you to submit files as and when you need. You can refund unused credit at any time.
