To place an order for transcription services, please follow these steps:
1. Upload your audio for quotation. We will evaluate your files and send you a no-obligation quote via email within one hour.
2. The quote will be valid for 30 days and can be booked at your convenience, either via email or by accepting the quote in the portal. The retention policy for quote audio is 6 weeks.
3. An invoice will be sent to you on completion of the transcripts. If a PO number is required, we would appreciate receiving this in advance of the delivery date if possible.
