Background noise, strong accents, crosstalk, template complexity and speaker diarisation can all impact rates. Group dynamics are a major factor: a clear Zoom call with 10 people can be easier to transcribe than a noisy cafe conversation with animated crosstalk.

1. Upload your audio for quotation. We will evaluate your files and send you a no-obligation quote via email.
2. Your quote will be valid for 30 days. You can book by replying to the email or accepting the quote in the portal. Quote audio is retained for 6 weeks.
3. An invoice will be sent to you on completion of the transcripts. If a PO number is required, we would appreciate receiving this in advance of the delivery date if possible.
