What's the difference between AI transcripts and 100% human transcripts?
100% human transcripts are still typed from scratch, word for word, using the same process that we've used for over 20 years. In addition to improved accuracy, this process allows for much greater control over style and formatting.
If you require a human level transcript, at this point it's generally not cost effective to upgrade an AI transcript and we would recommend a 100% human process.

Our AI platform is entirely ring-fenced from our human transcription team, who remain contractually prohibited from using AI tools. This ensures complete separation of services and maintains the integrity of both platforms.

What file formats do you support?
We support most audio formats but cannot accept WMV, DSS or DS2 formats among some others.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. You'll continue to have access until your current billing period ends.
Do unused transcripts roll over?
No, unused transcripts don't roll over to the next month. We recommend choosing a plan that fits your monthly usage.
What languages do you support?
We currently support English with high accuracy. Additional languages including Spanish, French, and German are coming soon.
