All quoted costs are subject to VAT at 20%. (Please check if your company or organisation can reclaim VAT on transcription services.)

All audio is assessed for quality prior to final quotation. Surcharges may apply for custom requests and audio quality issues.
Credit can be purchased via invoice or card payment. Please allow 24 hours for new payments to be reflected in your portal balance.
VAT is applicable at 20%. Unused subscription does not expire. Your unused balance is refundable on request minus a 5% fee to cover admin costs and card processing charges.
