Submission and Payment. The cost of transcription is calculated from data supplied during the ordering process, so please ensure this is checked and accurate. Customers are entrusted to judge the price type correctly and submissions may be rejected if recordings transpire to be mislabelled. There is a £2.00 flat-rate administration charge applied to all web orders. Full payment is due immediately. Currently we accept all major credit cards via the google checkout, nochex and paypal gateways. Regular customers are invited to apply for an invoice account. Upon completion of your order, a confirmation email is automatically delivered containing your numerical order ID (required to upload files from the 'My Account' page) and also your unique FTP pass details. FTP is the recommended method of submission in the vast majority of cases. The web form should only be used for files under 20Mb, unless by prior agreement. Please title your files in the following format: orderid.name.surname.DDMMYY.zip For example ... 194.P.Wilkinson.120607.dss This format is not neccesary if using the webform, as you will be prompted for these details.
New CustomersOnly approved customers have access to the "My Account" page and the upload facility. The approval of new accounts is a formality and should occur within 20 minutes, but this does mean that orders placed outside of working hours may not be fully processed until the next working day. |
